I thought I would do a bit of an introduction as wee have some new people joining us.

Hi, I’m Carol, the heart behind Tranquil Moments Wellness.
With over 25 years of experience as an esthetician and holistic practitioner, my journey began in hairstyling and naturally evolved into a lifelong passion for wellness, healing, and education.

My holistic approach focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit — creating a sense of balance and renewal from the inside out. I believe that true beauty and well-being come from harmony within, and my treatments are designed to support relaxation, self-awareness, and restoration on all levels.

Alongside my practice, I’ve had the joy of teaching as a college professor, sharing my knowledge and empowering future professionals in the wellness industry. I also serve as an Examiner for the Reflexology Association of Canada, where I continue to support excellence in holistic care.
