We provide programs and services to seniors to assist them with remaining in their homes with dignit We have two offices to serve you.

CCSH has been providing services and programs for seniors and adults with physical disabilities since 1980. Our service area includes Belleville (including Thurlow Township), Tyendinaga Township and Deseronto. Our Services Include:
Meals on Wheels
Medical Transportation
Service Arrangement
Stroke Support
Diner's Club
Weekly Activity Group
Client Intervention
Footcare (Deseronto)
55 Alive Driver Refresher Training

Thanks to a generous donation from the United Way HPE, CCSH will be hosting an Always Sanitary Pad Distribution day in our Deseronto office! We have 95 packages of pads to share.
Visit the Community Care office at 293 Main Street, DESERONTO between 2 and 4 pm. There will be a limit of 2 packages per person until supplies run out. If you have any questions, please call us at 613-396-6591.

Our Christmas For Seniors Tree is up at the Bayview Mall, north corridor! Please help us spread some Christmas cheer and brighten the holidays of our seniors this year! We really need your support this year to make this program possible. You can sponsor a Christmas Gift by calling our office at 613-969-0130 to make a donation. Christmas For Seniors is almost here! This year, CCSH will participate in Christmas For Seniors, nominating some of our deserving clients for some friendly Christmas cheer! Every holiday season, our staff and volunteers assemble fun and practical gifts for our clients and deliver them just in time for the holidays. Your help is needed to sponsor a gift for a senior! Watch for our Tree Launch at the Bayview Mall on November 12 - You can pick up a tag and follow the instructions to make your pledge to support a senior's Christmas gift!
