Alnoor (Al) Ladhani started Step by Step Professional Family Foot Care to help people live healthy, active lives. While deciding what career he wanted to pursue, his passion for helping other people and making them smile was what drew him to chiropody. He attended The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences and after he graduated in 1997, he started his career by doing house calls. He soon decided that he would be able to provide better services by establishing a dedicated foot care clinic. He saw that there was a lack of services available in downtown Toronto and opened the doors of Step by Step Professional Foot Care at 27 Queen Street in November of 1997. Al gets excited about providing great health care service to his patients. With 20 years of experience, he is a leader in advanced podiatric treatments and is continuously updating his knowledge to better serve his patients. His patients benefit from his ability to think creatively and find solutions that fit their lifestyle. Al’s philosophy on life is to work hard, stay focussed, and to strive to make positive change in people’s lives. He loves to teach, and has a passion for providing outreach care in under-serviced areas around the world. Spending more time on his charitable work is one of his life’s goals.
With all things being great there was one thing still missing in Al’s life and that is the passion for the outdoors. Came to Belleville in 2016 to fullfill this gap. After hours and days and weeks of fishing, golfing and touring the beautiful counties in the Quinte area , Al realized that the good people of Belleville are under serviced in the area of health care and more precisely the area of mobility, fall prevention and advanced footcare. After searching many facilities, the most perfect location was aquired, and that was The City Of Belleville’s Rec. Center. The property was completely renovated to facillitate Al’s vision for the people of Bellville and surrounding counties. This vision is to provide the technology , unbeatable service and fair value that everyone should have available to them.
