Also as a reminder; I do not clean cat litter, pet droppings, p**p, p*e or puke. Nor do I deal with mouse droppings.
Pet hair is understandable but the rest of the above… not my job!!! 🫶

So everyone is aware!!
I do not charge hourly. As i am a professional cleaner. I charge by the project, condition and size of house. Also if there are children or pets to clean up after as well. (Which can be an addional charge) I am a legit business. Licensed and all.

Included with my service along with thorough cleanings are my products (many, that i am continually restocking), tools, ware and tare, book keeping, vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurances (including commercial and business liability), travel, amounts that i give to the government (federal, cpp etc) and the after work… work as well.

⭐️My job does not stop after leaving your residence.

When you break it all down it isn’t much at all. I always try to be fair.

Also if you’re unaware i provide low cost/budget friendly cleanings for the ill and or elderly.

I appreciate you all and thanks for continuing to hire my services. Hope this helps give some insight on what is included and what this business is.

Hello all, just some friendly “Mellymaid advice” and/or a reminder. Make sure to always have doors to fridges or freezers propped OPEN when unplugged from electricity. Clean or not. Especially now that winterizing campers and move outs are happening more often this time of year.

Remember to make sure they are propped open!
