Happy Saturday everyone wow did March fly by and Easter is fast approaching are you ready for it?!

But with the changing of months also comes the changing of seasons which can bring with it slips on ice, pressure headaches and sinus congestion all things my services are great at treating! Acupuncture works wonders to help reduce sinus pressure by stimulating the drainage pathways to open and drain.
But for those not comfortable with needles (even though mine are tiny), I offer Gua Sha facials that offer just as much pressure releases but using crystals with gentle strokes along key meridians and lymphatic drainage points.

Did you know acupuncture is effective on things other than just pain?! Acupuncture is helping at treatment any condition that occurs within the body no matter it be something physical like pain or swelling but also for things like anxiety, depression or insomnia. On top.of it all acupuncture treatments are just a wonderful way to destress and find a little relaxing YOU time!

Happy last weekend of February everyone! Hope everyone's staying warm on this cold day and that all the snow we have gotten this month hasn't left you trapped inside or injured from shoveling!

Just one more week in February left and plenty of snow to keep us busy. But lots of snow also brings lots of shoveling which can be hard on your shoulders and back so be sure to keep up with your self care routine as well!
