Doing what you love doesn’t always look glamorous… sometimes it’s being up until 11pm, making candles, music playing, fully in your little world✨

A customer ask me once “what mood was I in when making the candles?”…..Kitchen dance parties, wax spills, and a whole lot of heart poured into every creation.😁

My journey truly began the day I decided to say yes.

Yes to trusting the universe.
Yes to listening to my intuition.
Yes to letting go of the blocks that were holding me back.

What started with returning to my yoga and meditation practice quickly unfolded into something much bigger. I became a Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, certified in Champissage (Traditional Indian Head Massage) and Wellness Product Creator.

My passion is guiding people back to themselves — helping release stuck energy on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Every session I offer is unique and intuitively guided, because every person’s journey is different.
