You need this, trust me! I still have a small glass jar from making it last year but every winter, I get super duper dry skin: my nose cracks, my lips chap, my knuckles dry and bleed, my skin flakes, oh my goodness I’m a mess. Another immune boosting diffusing day! It’s actually day 3, but no more sniffles, no shivering, nothing, I actually feel great! I’m obsessed with matcha tea with a touch of honey to sweeten it. AND, I love discovering new products, and especially when they are locally made. This honey is made and handcrafted right here about 20 minutes from my home.
This lady is super talented, she makes a bunch of different delicious favoured honey. They are made naturally by her and she uses only real food to flavour them. Found the CAMELLIA matcha also at the same store.

Mon pain au levain d’aujourdhui! Belle réussite pour moi, je suis contente de ne pas m’être découragée trop vite…car avec beaucoup de pratique, persévérence, et la patience pour apprendre à bien comprendre les signes de fermentation de la pâte, je suis maintenant plus confiante lorsque je prépare mon levain et ma pâte à pain. Mais, malgré tout, j’avoue que c’est toujours un peu énervant lorsqu’on enlève le couvercle après les premiers 30 minutes de cuisson, je dois croiser mes doigts à chaque fois! 😂
