What is Christmas Spirit?

To me it is acting from a place of Love and Kindness.
Letting go of our stories that carry past pain. Becoming aware of these old tapes that have been playing in the mind for so many years, keeping one from a state of peace and joy. When taken over by these thoughts, one can always choose another thought. CHOOSE AGAIN.
This is honouring to oneself and others.
