SLEEP! Some nights are just a challenge. I get too many things running around in my mind, like a bunch of hamsters in there ! Well, I had one of those on Thursday night! So last night I knew I HAD to get proper sleep.
I know that poor sleep definitely leads to more inflammation, and if I don't sleep, my immune system is affected.
So....last night ?
2 x Anti Stress capsules, and a REM PATCH !

I must admit, I totally forgot to do that on Thursday and I sure can tell the difference!
