You want to get strong, healthy, happy, or you want to just look better naked. Most health and fitness related services will talk about working with your goals. Well, we prefer to ignore your goals, and tell you what your goals are. First and foremost you need to move and move well. If there are positions that you struggle to get into, we will uncover those and teach you how to improve them. No we're not going to tell you to reach for your toes for 30 seconds and call it a day. After your movement - or lack thereof - is analyzed, you will be given thorough instruction on how to improve it. Remember when I said we're going to ignore your goals? Well I kind of lied. Improving your ability to move is going to be your most effective injury prevention. Less injuries means more exercise and thus better results. Also, better movement will result in better muscle development, better control over your body, and better health.
