Would you like to learn ways to Clean out your emotional energetic closet?

Many times in life we have emotional reactions that come up, many that are uncomfortable to feel, experience and acknowledge. Instead they get suppressed, pushed down, and sometimes are just too painful and unable to be processed in that moment and they are put in your energetic closet.

Now if these emotions continue to be thrown in your energetic closet eventually this closet will start to overflow.

How can you clean out your closet & stop adding to it?
*Feel and acknowledge the feels in that moment and see them flowing out of you.
*Calm your mind with deep breathing, and as the emotions come up thank them for the learning experience and state that you are ready to let them go
