I have had a few people ask if my online booking is not working. Don’t worry, it isn’t broken, I am just fully booked until January 2026 (Except for a few spots in my group spinal flow/microcurrent balancing sessions and three 15 minute appointments)

Need in sooner? Send me a text and I’ll add you to my cancellation list.

And January booking is open for those who want to get a head start on planning their selfcare for the new year.

Thank you for your support! ❤️

I have a client who sees a Naturopathic Doctor every 6 weeks. During their visits, they are tested for so many things.
The right columns are the persons test results from 6 weeks ago. The blue color indicates that the body is chronically fighting the aliment.

The left column are her result from last week.
After consistent Spinal Flow Treatments for the past six weeks, so many of her complications are working themselves out and her body is figuring out what balanced is. The green color means that the ailment is BALANCED. Look at all that green.

We’re Not Changing Tissue — We’re Changing Input.

For years, myofascial release was explained as a mechanical process — stretching, melting, or breaking up “tight fascia” to restore glide and mobility.

But here’s what we know now:
Fascia isn’t just connective tissue — it’s one of the body’s most sensory-rich organs, packed with mechanoreceptors that constantly communicate with the nervous system.

When we work with fascia, we’re not forcing tissue to move.
We’re speaking directly to the nervous system through those receptors — resetting tone, reducing protective guarding, and modulating pain perception.

It’s not about changing structure.
It’s about changing input.
That’s neuromodulation — and it’s where real change happens.
