We are happy to share that our Registered Dietician is returning and will once again be available to support patients with their nutrition and health goals!

In-person appointments will be available MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS, beginning next week.

Patients can access dietician services by referral from a doctor, nurse practitioner, or family practice nurse.

If you would like to book an appointment, please contact your Primary Care Provider to request a referral
