As of the 23rd I will be seeing patients at Integrated Health. All my appointments booked from the 23rd on will be moved there. I’m really excited to announce I’ll be joining the team at Bowen Island Integrated Health. I’ve loved owning and running Birch for the last 8 years! It’s been such a beautiful space with so much healing. And I have so much gratitude for everyone that came and all the practitioners. It wasn’t a decision made lightly but it was something that came to me and the idea grew and rooted and I knew it was the right choice. Acupuncture treatments can look so different depending on what everyone needs. Sometimes parents and kids get treatments one after each other. After the kids treatment the parent can rest with their needles in and I hang out with the kids outside the room. As a parent I remember how tired I was so I love that they can have 25 min to rest. I also loved playing cards with this one, even though they schooled me ;).

I (Courtney) have the amazing opportunity to work in Mexico in a birth centre training midwives to do acupuncture in pregnancy and labour to improve birth outcomes. So I will be away Jan 6-15th.
