"Hi, I’m Ken!
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (MA Counselling Psychology, BCACC) and Certified Coaching Professional. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples to support healing, growth, and resilience.
I help people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress. I also have experience working with first responders, young adults, and those recovering from religious trauma. 🌱
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered—which means you set the pace, and I walk alongside you, supporting your goals for change.
When I’m not counselling, you’ll usually find me enjoying a West End sunset or spending time with my two amazing young adult kids.
