David treats the entire family - with training in specialty services including Concussion& Vestibular management, Prenatal Chiro and Webster Technique, Infant Chiropractic Care, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Rehab

When he’s not in clinic he’s probably out walking our dog Blue or playing with our kids or reading the Wheel of Time for the 648462929th time.

Meet our Paediatric Physiotherapist 🙌

Aaron is available Monday mornings at Flow Physio + Wellness as he has a full-time job as well (!!!) We are so lucky to have him here offering paediatric physio as this is a niche service and hard to find.

Aaron creates the most thoughtful and kid-inspired rehab activities at Flow, I love seeing the set ups he has for children and how it can be easily re-created at home to help parents work on home programs!

Happy birthday to our amazing Virtual Admin Laura who ALSO owns her own perinatal support business .and_bloom AND recently took our Mat Pilates Teacher Training Certification with (pre and postnatal Pilates coming soon?!?)

She spent her birthday practice teaching her first ever (!!!) class at Oshawa Centre and it was so freaking good!!

Happy birthday Laura we just love ya and we’re so grateful for the support and having you as a part of our Flow team!

Ashley primarily works as a Physiotherapist Assistant at Flow Physio + Wellness to offering Clinical Pilates, however her credentials, training and education is much more extensive than this!

Our Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Instructor Rupinder is still on maternity leave but will be OFFERING VIRTUAL PHYSIOTHERAPY and CLINICAL PILATES SESSIONS - yay!

She has evening availability (4:30-6:30pm) on Tuesdays - Thursdays right now and can provide guided exercise programming, neurokinetic therapy and clinical Pilates programming.
