This week, we’re celebrating wellness through connection and support — because sometimes, wellness starts with having someone who truly listens. 💛

Just a post about a Therapist-approved Thanksgiving checklist 🦃👇

✅ Set boundaries with Aunt Linda
✅ Step outside when small talk gets big
✅ Breathe before the gravy spills
✅ Laugh when it all goes sideways 😅

A gentle reminder that “calm” and “chaotic” can coexist — and both are completely human. 💛

Wishing you all a happy and safe Thanksgiving, gobble gobble 🍗🍁

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month 💙 It’s a reminder that even the smallest act of compassion can save a life…

Ways You Can Help:

1. Check In: Send a message or call someone you haven’t spoken to in a while.

2. Listen Without Judgment: Sometimes, the best support is simply holding space.

3. Share Resources: Let others know where they can find help (see below).

4. Take Care of Yourself: Supporting others starts with tending to your own well-being.

If you or someone you know is struggling:

* Call or text 988 in Canada (Su***de Crisis Helpline).

* For Indigenous Peoples, call the Hope for Wellness Help Line: 1-855-242-3310.

* If in immediate danger, call 911.

You are not alone. 💙 Let’s remind each other that hope and healing are possible.
