I'm so proud of our community❤️❤️

Her Power Pack purse drive was created as a way to provide practical, immediate support to women and families impacted by intimate partner violence. These bags were thoughtfully filled with essentials, personal items, and small comforts that restore dignity during moments when life feels overwhelming or unstable.

Thank you to and .bowmanville for standing beside this initiative and for showing up with heart. And to our Bowmanville community and my wonderful clients, thank you for coming together so generously to make this possible. Your support directly helps women and families feel seen, supported, and less alone.

Wow !! I'm so excited and still wrapping my head around it.
Last month, One Stop Therapy Shop was named an Official Nominee for the 2026 Canadian Choice Award.
Today, we’ve officially been selected as a FINALIST in the Beauty Spas category in Bowmanville.

Being nominated means your business is recognized.
Becoming a finalist means you’ve been shortlisted and selected among the top in your category.

From pandemic shutdowns and rebuilding as a single mom to national recognition, this moment means more than I can put into words.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. I’m so proud of how far this business has come. We should get our final results in early Spring of 2026! 🤍✨ what an amazing way to end the year !

Her Power Pack is taking off! 👜 Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. We’re still collecting until December 22 and will be delivering everything on December 23 to support women impacted by intimate partner violence.

Every purse, comfort item, and essential you’ve dropped off will go directly to someone rebuilding their life. Your kindness is going to make a real difference for a woman who needs to feel supported, safe, and seen this season.

This holiday season I’m launching Her Power Pack, a purse drive to support women who are rebuilding their lives after IPV.

IPV stands for intimate partner violence.
It includes emotional, financial, physical and psychological abuse. It’s far more common than most people realize. In Canada, 1 in 3 women will experience IPV in their lifetime, and when they leave, many walk out with nothing but courage.

This project is close to my heart. I know how overwhelming it is to start over, especially when you’re trying to protect your child and rebuild a life at the same time.

Each Power Pack will include essentials, toiletries, snacks, comfort items and small things that remind a woman that she’s not alone while she regains her strength.

If you feel called to donate a new purse or fill a bag yourself, drop offs are open at One Stop Therapy Shop or message me for details.
