December is a very busy time for us RMT’s. You may find it difficult to get in for a massage because a lot of people are trying to use up their 2025 benefits. This is a reminder the plan for your health in 2026. Book your massage appointments in advance. Preventative care is important and will “prevent” injuries that may occur from active daily living.
