whatever obstacle you keep encountering doing the same thing over and over again clearly isn’t working stop gambling on the hope that things will change instead change your habits or your approach if you want to make any progress.

Doubting yourself is only holding you back. It’s OK if you take a little longer to think about how to voice your needs and desires – writing a script of how to ask for these things might even benefit you here. Be confident in taking up a space and letting your voice be heard.

3- The Runaway
it’s normal to want to run from your problems rather than facing them. But you’ll soon find that this won’t resolve anything. Your problems will simply follow you until you’re overwhelmed by everything you’ve been avoiding. It’s time to start admitting to yourself what you’re running from and address it.
