Finally- we are so happy to introduce Kate ! 🌹
Kate believes the most important relationship you can have is the one with your body, your breath, and your nervous system.
As a trauma-informed, somatic-based yoga guide, she creates spaces where movement becomes medicine, breath becomes clarity, and the body becomes a trusted place to land.
Her approach releases the pressure to perform and replaces self-criticism with curiosity, compassion, and choice. It’s not about forcing the body into shapes — it’s about feeling, listening, and re-connecting with what’s alive inside.
Kate’s intention is to help students slow down, soften the inner critic, build self-trust, and remember parts of themselves they may have muted to survive. Think: nervous system regulation, inner safety, embodied empowerment, and breath-led awareness.
