Drying plants properly is one great way to use herbal medicine all year long.

I rest easy when I have all my favourite plant allies properly dried and stored for use all year.

This is one of the many ways I live in sync with the seasons and how I get vital nutrients all year long.

My body tells me when it's deficient in a certain mineral by giving a signal or a sign. From a twitching eye lid to a leg cramp to irritability - there is a plant that remedies every ailment * including man made viruses;) nature's intelligence is constantly teaching me.

With more complex pathogens, there are more complex combinations but nature will always create the medicine where and when it's needed.

I'm in a deep dive on to***co right now, as it is consistently showing up as an aid for complex viruses that don't leave the body but mutate instead. To***co leaf tincture & hydrosol are the methods of extraction I'm testing.

I've been waiting for the right time to unleash her, the time is now.

Raw truth. Not diplomatic. Earth as a ally, not only in mind, body, but heart and spirit. Not greenwashing or environmental propaganda with a political agenda with a backed vortex of corporate interests.

2025 * we are intelligent enough to see marketing is not often aligned to quality. Digital marketing companies think it's ok to stalk your every move and market to you until you get so sick of seeing the ad, just buy the thing.

Viral? No, thank you, I'd rather be healthy.

This can't be normalized. Marketing of sh*tty products cannot be normalized, marketing in lieu of quality cannot be normalized.

I'm not angry, I'm ready 🔥 to change this world from the inside out.

Summer. This one has been focused, with some big closings and has required that attention and focus on the bigger shifts in my life.

It does take constant dedication going towards and living aligned to our hearts purpose and wildest dreams.

Best of all, summer was filled with swimming, waterfalls, forest time, because even in a focused state there is always time for fun and joy. Summer was sun kissed and gold filled with new family members, quality time with soul fam, a graduation trip with my soul sisters to St. Anne in Quebec and now a trip up north 💫

I love my plants and surprising to some, I love my machines, that I work closely with to distill and extract my beautiful botanical loves, evergreen homies and of course my favourite fun guys (fungi).

Through this process, am becoming, becoming a hub of knowledge and medicine not only for myself but for the people. 🌹☀️🐞🦋🪺🌲
