Hi ❤️ Hanna here, sending a hug to your nervous system 🥰

The day after the big day can feel…tender. Sometimes sweet. Sometimes heavy. Sometimes you’re fine until you’re suddenly not. If you feel wrung out, extra emotional, or a bit blank — that’s not a personal failing. That’s your system recovering.

Try this “decompression” practice (2 minutes):

🤍 Shake out your hands for 15 seconds (like flicking water off).
🤍 Press your feet into the floor and feel the contact points.
🤍 Place one hand to heart: whisper “I am right here” 💗

So many of us learned to override our needs to keep the peace, keep others comfortable, and selflessly contribute. Yet, it takes a toll.

Yoga therapy is a gentle noticing: you start registering your signals— and responding with care instead of criticism.

If you’re in a season of change (family shifts, health stuff, relationship questions, grief, identity “who am I now?” moments), support can be like having a steady handrail. Not advice-giving — more like embodied mentorship: space to feel, clarify, and choose your next step from your deeper self.

If you’re craving support and connection, you’ll be welcome in the new group yoga therapy circle I’m preparing. More details soon!

But, for now: drink water. go slow. let your body land. ❤️

With love,
Hanna ❤️

Hi love ❤️ Hanna here 💕 Today is the Solstice—the turning point when daylight increases ✨ And if you’ve been tired, tender, or quietly carrying more than anyone can see… you’re not behind. You’re human. This season can feel loud on the outside while something inside you just wants less.

Here’s a a 60 second practice for today:

❤️ Put one hand on your heart
🩷 Exhale slowly like you’re fogging a mirror
💖 Ask yourself: “What would feel supportive right now?”

Then choose the smallest version of that.
💙 One glass of water
🤍One no.
💗 One five-minute lie-down
❤️ One loving message to a friend

This is the heart of yoga therapy: not pushing through—but listening in.

When you have someone beside you in that listening, things shift faster and more gently. Patterns become understandable. Transitions become less lonely. Grief becomes more breathable. You stop doing it all alone.

If you’re craving private support, you know I’m right here. No pressure—just an open door.

For today, let it be simple: turn toward what’s true, and be kind to it.

With deep love,
Hanna ❤️

Today I’m celebrating my 50th birthday — and to my own surprise, what I really want this year is to spend the day mostly alone. 😱
Not in loneliness, but in contemplation.

I’m dedicating this day to a ceremony of gratitude… for my life, for every chapter that shaped me, and for the person I’ve become. A moment to celebrate my journey.

I’ll reflect on what I’m ready to leave behind as I step into this next decade, and on what I want to cultivate as I continue to grow and evolve.

Inspired by my dear friend Sandra, I ordered a beautiful nightie to wear for my ceremony. I love the idea of a birthday in PJs and woolly socks..! 💃

I’ll light candles, decorate with flowers, open a new journal, and brew some amazing tea. There will be a yoga mat involved, radiance, soft soundscapes, movement, and meditation — all steeped in gratitude.

Thank you for being part of my life — in ways seen and unseen.
Your presence, your messages, your support, and your shared moments of vulnerability and joy have enriched my journey more than you know.

With love and gratitude,
Happy Hanna 🌺

P.S. If you’d like to celebrate this season — and who you have become — you might enjoy a winter contemplation or your own little ceremony. I’ll share some of my journaling prompts in the pictures so you can explore your inner landscape. Do this on the darkest day of the year (December 21), New Year’s Eve, or any time you feel your sacred moment arrive

Last month was one of the most fulfilling and soul-nourishing experiences of our lives.

Forty-two yogis from six continents joined us for a sacred pilgrimage to Mother India.

For many, it was their first visit to India—and for all, their first experience of .

From the moment we arrived, the devotional atmosphere, the warmth of the residents, and the spiritual potency of the ecovillage touched everyone in a way that will stay with us forever.

Our yogis came with open hearts—hungry to learn, receptive to the teachings, and eager to experience the deeper roots of yoga beyond the physical practice.

From sunrise meditations to kirtans under the stars, from heartfelt satsang circles to transformative conversations over meals, they embraced every moment with sincerity and joy.

What unfolded was not simply a retreat, but a living experience of connection, devotion, and inner transformation.

Each day, we gathered for morning yoga and afternoon satsang circles—the heartbeat of Happy Jack Yoga.

Yet what made this pilgrimage extraordinary was everything woven around these daily practices.

We experienced the depth of life at GEV, revealing layers of beauty, purpose, and devotion that make this place so unique.

A great honor was our time with , who shared the divine journey behind the creation of GEV.

And perhaps the most unforgettable moments were with His Holiness , whose presence softened hearts in ways our students will remember for the rest of their lives.

The week culminated in an ecstatic flower festival that left us in awe—many said they had never experienced such pure joy, beauty, and devotion all at once. 🌸

These moments helped shape a life-changing pilgrimage that will ripple through our community for years to come.

Half of the yogis have already enrolled for our 2026 GEV Retreat, and several feel inspired to bring loved ones next time.

We are deeply grateful to Radhanath Swami, who has been so loving and encouraging of our community as we take our early steps into bhakti yoga.

✨ Sometimes the deepest healing begins when we gently turn toward the places we’ve been avoiding.

Yoga therapy invites us to explore the tender edges of our inner world—the fears, longings, and patterns that shape how we love and connect.

Many of us carry invisible walls in relationships: hesitations, fears of being fully seen, or that push-and-pull between closeness and self-protection.

These aren’t flaws—they’re your system trying to keep you safe.

🧘‍♀️ Try this simple reflection:
The next time you notice yourself pulling away, place a hand over your heart and ask:

“What am I noticing right now?”

No need to fix anything—just noticing can be a practice of its own. 💗

✨ Every Moment Holds the Potential to Be Therapeutic 🙏💗

✨ Yoga is more than a practice of the body and mind — it’s a way of living that connects us more deeply with ourselves and with each other.

Over the years, we’ve seen that the most powerful part of yoga isn’t just what happens on the mat — it’s the community that blossoms around it. 🌸

When we gather — to practice, to learn, to share our joys and our struggles — something magical happens.

Barriers soften, hearts open, and friendships grow that feel like family. 💙

Yoga is not a solitary path, but a shared journey.

Wherever you are in the world, you deserve a circle of support that uplifts you and walks beside you. 🌍

If your heart ever feels called to experience that kind of community, we’d be honored to welcome you.

When you think of pilgrimage, what comes to mind? 🌸

It’s more than visiting a sacred place.

Pilgrimage is the inner shift that happens when you step into an environment that awakens your heart.

Radhanath Swami reminds us: spiritual life is not about escape, but about transformation.

And much of that transformation comes from the people and places we surround ourselves with.

Imagine rising with the sun, breathing in the fragrance of fresh flowers, and sharing space with fellow seekers walking a path similar to yours.

In those moments, you’re reminded that spiritual practice isn’t a chore—it’s nourishment. ✨

At Govardhan Ecovillage, in the company of sincere souls, transformation unfolds with ease.

The real gift isn’t just what you’ll experience in Mother India—it’s how you’ll return home: grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to your own practice.

If your heart is calling, click the link in comments for retreat details.

No pressure—just an invitation to consider what your soul 🕊️ might be longing for.
