“I’ve been a personal trainer for over 20 years and believe in training with structure and consistency. Having a plan when you walk into the gym is crucial — intention drives results. My passion is strength training, but I also love mixing things up with circuits that include sleds, battle ropes, and kettlebells for that extra challenge.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible clients at Crunch Fitness (2 years), GoodLife Fitness (13 years), and Gold’s Gym (3 years) — each experience shaping the coach I am today.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me outdoors — hiking, snowshoeing, or kayaking — staying active and connected to nature.”
