“I’ve been a personal trainer for over 20 years and believe in training with structure and consistency. Having a plan when you walk into the gym is crucial — intention drives results. My passion is strength training, but I also love mixing things up with circuits that include sleds, battle ropes, and kettlebells for that extra challenge.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible clients at Crunch Fitness (2 years), GoodLife Fitness (13 years), and Gold’s Gym (3 years) — each experience shaping the coach I am today.

When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me outdoors — hiking, snowshoeing, or kayaking — staying active and connected to nature.”

Over the past year, I’ve made a conscious effort to practice gratitude—even when life felt heavy or uncertain. It wasn’t about pretending everything was perfect, but about choosing to notice what was good, even in the middle of the mess. That shift changed everything—my mindset, my peace, and the way I show up for others.

Gratitude didn’t erase the challenges, but it gave me strength and perspective to move through them with more grace and optimism.

Gratitude didn’t fix it all—but it certainly changed me. 💫

If this stings a little… it’s probably true.

✨ These aren’t meant to hurt you — they’re meant to wake you up.

Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s always worth it.



TRUTH #1

You don’t need more motivation — you need momentum.

Stop waiting to feel ready.

Every rep, every walk, every healthy choice builds the energy you’ve been looking for.

Motivation doesn’t create action — action creates motivation.



TRUTH #2

Your results are a reflection of your routines.

The body and life you want are built by what you do daily — not occasionally.

Your habits are your foundation.
