This client knows there are specific days and times that work for her busy work and home life, she wanted to be sure to lock in those days and times, so she booked in advance. The next day, similar emails with clients booking into February. I only work 1 evening a week and maybe 1 weekend a month. If those work best for you, lock them in in advance, especially as we go into our busiest season. I’ll start seeing clients that over did the lead raking, shovelling snow, slipping on ice, thinking they can do the park at Snow Valley lol PLUS people frantically realizing they have a ton of benefits to use up. Do yourself a favour, and book in advance!

I often get asked if I offer direct billing. I do but that doesn’t mean that it will always be accepted. If your policy allows for direct billing, if you need a drs note and other factors come in to play, so it’s never a guaranteed payment option. I tell people that direct billing is a bonus, but to come prepared to pay up front just in case. If you leave an appt due to your insurance not covering it, you will still be charged for the appt. Listed above are the insurers that I work with and info on how I bill each one.

There are many things I'm thankful for this year one of them being the wonderful clients I have met since starting this venture. I am consistently blown away by how many returning clients I have been grateful enough to have found since starting my own practice in June. I believe in the value of word of mouth. If you have had a massage therapy treatment from me and feel that it's worth telling your friends, family, dog walker, grocer about, then I want to thank you for that.
