Across Canada, we celebrate the strength, compassion, and resilience of women who shape our communities — including the incredible Personal Support Workers who stand at the heart of care every day.

PSWs are the quiet heroes of healthcare — lifting others up, breaking barriers, and paving the way for future generations of women in care. 💪💖

This month, we honour every woman PSW who continues to make history through kindness, courage, and commitment.
