Introducing Fun Fact Fridays! 🌿

This week, we’re spotlighting Angelica, one of our dedicated and kind-hearted energy exchangers 💚

Angelica joined us in October and has already become such a bright part of our Aura community. She rescued her cat, Buwan (which means “moon” in Tagalog 🌙), and loves to bake fresh biscuits every morning and night before bed!👩🏻‍🍳

We’re so lucky to have her light in the studio, say hi to Angelica next time you see her around! ✨

Not sure what to expect?

During a Family Yoga class, caregivers and their children will explore mindful breathing, mindful movement, and relaxation woven throughout a fun and engaging Yoga story. All members of the family are welcome to participate in whichever ways feel good for them. This is a great opportunity to bond, de-stress and develop physical literacy, and socio-emotional skills together. ✨
