Early detection saves lives 💗
If you’re between 40 and 74, it’s time to book your mammogram every two years through the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP).

Not sure when your last one was?
👉 Talk to your family doctor or nurse practitioner. Our team can help you get screened and stay on top of your health.

Let’s spread awareness, support one another, and make screening part of self-care. 💕

Who should consider getting screened?

- Women, Two-Spirit individuals, trans individuals, and nonbinary people.

- Additionally, if you are transfeminine (assigned male at birth) and have used feminizing hormones for a minimum of five consecutive years.

Today is , a reminder that mental health is an essential part of overall health and well-being.

At Queen Square, we believe that equitable access to mental health support is fundamental to primary care. Our team of physicians, social workers, nurses, and allied health professionals works together to ensure that our patients can access the care they need with dignity and compassion.

This year’s theme, “Mental health is a universal human right,” reinforces our collective responsibility to create inclusive, stigma-free spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
