3 months ago I learnt about the power of collagen while dealing with a lot of post partum issues. My gut health and hormones were so out of whack. And I was desperately needing to take care of my hair ,skin and joints 🤩🤞🏻✨

My progress update!! Today i completed the challenge of fitting to my pre pregnancy size clothes😍😍

I am fitting back into my pre-pregnancy clothes now🥳so happy about that. It is a tad snug as you can see. But i am not stopping here.
I have not been doing my weight checks everyday, as i believe in activity more than results. And as a gut health-detox/weightloss mentor, now i know, you are doing it right when you have major inch loss.
last year around this time i was big after carrying a human inside me and then delivering him, my body went through a lot!
And till this date i have lost that little humans 1.5 times weight.

Well you ask me is it easy?
My answer :Heck yes, if you have the right mindset. If i being a full time working mom can do it, you certainly can.
It is all clean eating that shreds your extra weight, along with a very motivating accountability partner called mentor🤩🤩for me its ME😎

When you are eating wholesome food without labels you eat to your appetite without having to count calories.
all in all , if at all you need to count calories that is to make sure you aren't underfed🤓. Because fiber rich carb loaded (ofcourse unprocessed carbs😜)food keeps you full for longer.

As you can see The belly needs a little bit more work so do the thighs🧐. This pic is from 2 days ago So this week's progress you can't see in the pic. Will do a good before n after to show you all visible difference.
