Join us for a Chai n’ Chat session😌!

Chai n’ chat offers you time and space to think out loud, bounce ideas, and talk about what’s happening for you right now or just spilling the tea☕️

We want to hear about your day, your latest crush, who’s got you stressed, and what’s keeping you from a good nights sleep. We’ve got your back, so hit us up! Be sure to get in touch with the program coordinator Bashir to drop-in. Sessions are available both in-person and online.

See you there!

Theatre for Positive Mental Health is back tonight!
Register for this evening or next week now – link on last slide, bio, and our site moyohcs.ca

This week our topic is ‘Navigating Through Institutions While Black’. Join us as we take a deeper look at examining feelings of alienation in non-Black spaces and ways to feel supported.

Rehearsing and reconstructing a positive self-identity through storytelling for African, Caribbean and Black Communities in the Peel Region.

Over the course of 8 weekly sessions, folks will participate in discussions and develop stories, narratives and monologues that touch on the unique determinants of health that impact Black folks.

The group sessions that involve participatory theatre will be used to promote healthy lifestyles, emotional resilience and coping skills among the Black adult and youth.
