A vibrant Community Health Centre located in Brampton, Ontario. We value diversity and we provide culturally competent care.

Bramalea Community Health Centre, is a non-profit organization providing primary health care focusing health promotion and prevention to the residents of Bramalea since 2008. An interdisciplinary team of health professionals; physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, chiropodist, dietitian, physiotherapist, social worker collaborate to provide a holistic approach to health care to address, both health and social needs. Our approach to client service is client centered, open focused, which includes: fluid and mobile, anti-oppressive, asset based, open and accessible. In addition, the Community Team of the Centre work closely with the local community and community leaders to identify and address issues that affect health at local level. Also, we work closely with local stakeholders to increase community capacity. Bramalea CHC provide support to local initiatives, build partnership, strong voice around community health and encourage volunteer engagement. We are working for a safe and healthy community.

Alliance Community Health and Wellbeing Month (CHWM) 2025 is here!!!. This year's theme "Standing Together" is designed to be a unifying message that highlights the collective efforts of different healthcare and community partners that connect their unique work and local priorities to the broader campaign of reinforcing the importance of community-based, health equity-focused primary health care.

To celebrate this will be hosting Community Health Fairs on Oct 24 at WellFort's Four Corners Health Center and on Oct 30 at Bramalea Community Health Center at 10 am.

Free diabetes testing, health checks, wellness resources, fun games and light snacks.

Saturday, Sept 20 in Mississauga! Join us for the Our Community Wellness Fair for Black, African, and Caribbean Communities at Sheridan College - Hazel McCallion Campus - 4180 Duke of York Blvd., Mississauga.

Take part in free health checks, get wellness information and resources, and chat with local wellness service providers. There will also be music, giveaways, chair massages, a legal clinic, and much more. Lots of activities for kids including a kids table, caricaturist, and fitness demonstrations.

The event will also feature a special youth panel discussion: Reimagining Student Success – Careers, Wellness, and Finding Your Way.

FREE screening for diabetes by , prostate cancer, cholesterol, blood pressure screenings and more will be available along with school immunizations.

Admission and parking are free and all ages are welcome!
