🌟To Clear And Purify Our Space

Spaces where we live or spend maximum time has a major influence on our lives. It reflects all areas of our lives, our physical, mental and emotional health, our relationships and also our finances.
Many a times we feel emotionally low, heavy or uneasy in certain spaces, this indicates there is accumulated negative or stagnant energies. We can easily clear these energies with a simple process and purify our environment.

• Firstly check the room or space where you feel uneasy. Declutter it, remove plastic, old and unwanted things, broken things, specially old wires and chargers they hold lots of negativities.

•On Saturday evening or full moon light a ghee lamp and incense sticks let the smoke gently spread in the entire room.

• Now take 4 pieces of camphor of each corner of the room and hold it in your right fist.

• Give intentions that this camphor absorbs all the negativity and stagnant energies from your surroundings.

• Once done place it in the corners of your room and let it be there for entire night.

• Next day morning I.e, Sunday take the camphor out of your house and burn it (plz be very careful, do not burn it near any wires or electric meter)

✨You can repeat this for atleast 4 Saturday’s to experience noticeable and posting changes.

✨ Saturday is dedicated to Lord Shani, remedies or fast performed on this day helps in alleviating the bad influence of this planet, it also aids to ward off obstacles , illness and troubles.

✨Camphor purifies space and wards off negative energies.

Mindful thought is the minute-by-minute awareness of everything that is going on in and around you.

If you are taking a mindful walk, for example, you are not just getting from point A to point B. You aware of, and controlling your breathing. You are mindful of the nature around you and may be noting things like leaves falling and animals playing. You are monitoring your thoughts, feelings and body sensations.

In other words, when you are being mindful, you are opening yourself up to the entire world that surrounds you. Not just a small corner or your personal universal view.
