Introducing our new talented team member Nav!

Navneet (Nav) Chatha is a resident physiotherapist who is passionate about helping patients move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in their daily lives. Nav has always been active in sports and fitness, which inspired his career in physiotherapy.

After completing his Bachelor of Science at York University, where he also studied Athletic Therapy, Nav studied physiotherapy at Queens University and earned his Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom (UK) His dedication and skill earned him both a scholarship and multiple graduation awards. Since then, he has gained 1,500+ hours of clinical experience across private clinics in Toronto and rehabilitation centres in the UK, giving him a unique international perspective on patient care.

Nav takes a hands-on approach, combining manual therapy and techniques like trigger point release with simple, evidence-based exercise programs that empower patients to continue their recovery at home. He has a special interest in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, and helping gym-goers get back to training safely and effectively.

Known for his calm focus and clear communication, Nav believes in one-to-one, patient-centred care that builds confidence and lasting results. Whether you’re an athlete, managing an injury, or looking to move without pain, Nav is ready to help you reach your goals.
