The More I read about rehab protocols and ways to help clients be truly pain-free the more I get to the end result that without active therapy nothing will ever change! Now there are many of us who don't want to do the hard work... we are looking for someone or something that will magically heal us! Trust me such thing does not exist... The medication your doctor gives you... or the relief you get from your therapist can definitely help you but without putting the time to change your movement pattenrs and improve the overall health of your body your pain will not go awa! So for the next few posts I will try to create short videos that anyone can do at home to help reduce pain and improve function! Enjoy....

Happy Sunday Everyone... Wanted to share this Rumi quate with you all... as I myself have decided to learn more about mindfullness & meditation I would like to share what I learn with you! So here is to us trying to be mindful of our thoughts, our emotions and realizing why we feel the way we feel! Next time when you are stressed, anxious, or worried think to yourself what the origin of this issue is? Instead of trying to mask it or distract yourself! Maybe just look it in the eye and talk to it!

Hi everyone!
I know that many of us are working from home, sitting for long periods of time and maybe our work stations are not ideal!
But that does not mean that we should be having lower back pain!
There are so many things we can incorporate in to our routine that would prevent us from experiencing pain and discomfort!

So I know that many of us are now sitting on our chairs, couches, or our bed in awkward positions and this can lead to excrutiating lower back pain, it might even effect our sciatic nerve and that nagging pain might carry on even after we get up from our chair!
So few tips to include in your daily routine to prevent this from happening,
- fix your sitting posture (I will show you how in our next post)
- change your position every 20-40 min stand up walk, stretch or just move around :D
