Things are definitely different from what they were when you had your appointment at the beginning of this year. There are now guidelines and policies set in place that everyone needs to follow. When we do our part, we not only help ourselves but everyone around us too.
Having the form filled and sent in 12-24 hours before your appointment (no earlier and no later) is very important.
If you have it sent in too early, there's a lot that can happen in between that time and your appointment time. You will have to fill it in again and resubmit it.
I need to prep for every single client that comes in by doing a deep cleanse, sanitizing and disinfecting. I also have booked everyone in for a specific time slot. If you send the form in any later than 12 hours from your appointment and you have marked yes to any of the questions, I am not given an ample amount of time to cancel your appointment and get someone else in. At this point, I will be charging a cancellation fee then (only if you send the form later than 12 hours from your appointment).
