Having been a member of Self Realization Fellowship (SRF) over 23 years, I have been inspired to share the wisdom of Yoga with others. I began envisioning teaching meditation, Yoga science and healing in a Zen-like space, a healing sanctuary. That dream has been realized!

I was humbled and grateful to host a SRF gathering last night as we meditated, shared, and discoursed on health and wellbeing.

We inaugurate this centre on Saturday 11-4 pm, with ribbon cutting by the mayor at 12 pm.
