As a dietitian & holistic nutritionist, I practice what I teach… and this week my crockpot totally saved me.
I threw together a big batch of vegetable–barley–ground beef soup on Monday, and by the time the end of the week rolled around?
I was thanking past me for doing that bulk cooking.
Nothing beats coming home after a long day to a warm, nourishing bowl waiting in the fridge. 🥣💛

🇮🇹🍞 I’m trying something new… only buying breads, cookies, and pasta made with Italian wheat — not wheat from other countries! 🌾✨

I recently learned there’s a big difference between “Made in Italy” and “Product of Italy.” This video explains it really well! 🎥💡

It might mean I’ll have to start making some of these foods from scratch using Italian wheat I buy myself 😅👩‍🍳 We’ll see what I can find at the grocery store first! 🛒🇮🇹
