๐Ÿ’™ Happy Nurse Practitioner Week! ๐Ÿ’™

We are incredibly thankful for the Nurse Practitioners across Holland Christian Homes. With an NP in each of our long-term care homes, we are fortunate to have skilled clinical leaders helping to transform care every day.

Nurse Practitioners bring advanced training in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medications, managing chronic conditions, and leading complex care planning โ€” all while providing compassionate, person-centred support to residents and families.

They collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for quality of life, and play a vital role in prevention, acute care, palliative support, and system navigation within long-term care.

Thank you to our NPs for your expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence โ€” we are better because of you!

Our residents on Rainbow Ridge enjoyed a delicious Swiss Chalet luncheon, complete with all the classics โ€” rotisserie chicken, savoury sides, and plenty of smiles! ๐Ÿฅฐ

The dining room was beautifully set with linen tablecloths, adding an extra touch of warmth and elegance to this special meal. Sharing lunch together in this way is just one of the many ways we create moments of joy, connection, and community here at Faith Manor. โค๏ธ

Residents, families, and staff enjoyed an amazing Elvis performance, delicious treats, and plenty of fun activities for the kids, including face painting and games. ๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
