I have had the pleasure of working with Alka and it has been a life changing experience for me. I've felt immediate changes in my body that were nothing short of astonishing. The emotional triggers that she has helped me clear have brought me back my energy and enthusiasm for life again. I've had two of my children (ages 10 and 7) so far work with Alka as well and I've seen positive change in them as well. My older daughter has become more calm, affectionate, over all balanced. My younger one has had an easier time dealing with her separation and social anxiety, she has become more confident and independent. Alka's work truly has been life changing. She is the most caring and invested healer, spending hours outside of session talking to myself and the kids. Her hours are flexible as is her understanding for financial difficulties, she always prioritizes her client's wellbeing. She has even worked with my 82 year old grandmother and my aunt that live in Israel and don't speak a word of English with me in between to translate, and they have felt immediate relief as well. I have experienced a lot of change in the past 5 years. After retirement I left my city home of 25 years to locate in cottage country to be near my children. A lot of pent up emotional trauma started to show up as physical aches and pains. I've had success with Reiki in the past but after a short sharing of my situation with Alka she was able to tap into sources of my emotional upset over the phone. She has helped me tremendously in only 2 sessions by phone. She worked with positive universal energy and my body cues to identify blocks that were causing pain and anxiety. Alka doesn't need months to rehash past experiences. Her unique gift cleared my body blockages in 2 sessions. I'm my old happy self enjoying freer movement and enjoying social life again.

I am 19 years old. I've been struggling with past trauma that has interfered in my everyday life. Dealing with anxiety and other mental health issues, I wanted to find a way to better myself. I found Alka Masrani from a few searches and reviews online and decided to give counselling a chance. Her approach was somethin new to me and I honestly wasn't sure if it would really help.

After a few sessions, I now understand that this is exactly what I needed. Especially for the younger generation now, we sometimes struggle with a lot in our minds and don't know how to fix it. Alka's practice allows you to move on from the things that are holding you back. Even if you're hesitant to start counselling, contact her and learn about her approach. You'll never know unless you take the first step!

I had my first session with Alka regarding my personal issues. After my first session I felt a bit relieved and she told me I would need two more sessions and hopefully I would be myself again. I can’t wait to finish all my sessions and fully recover from all the trauma I have been dealing with for 14 years now. I would highly recommend anyone who has been a victim of domestic violence, r**e, depression to book a session with Alka and they would never regret it.

Alka is my Angel I was going through a complicated time emotional and mentally which was draining me out day by day. I had spoken to other therapists before which helped temporarily.After speaking to her just once it really cleared up my mind the next day I woke up. I was feeling much more clear in my mind without the depressing feelings. It also made me feel better physically. Just refreshed overall haven’t felt like this in years. Money is not enough to thank her for how she has helped me.

I truly don’t know how to describe how grateful I am for meeting Alka and how much she has already changed my life within my first session.

Money is not a factor, and Alka truly wants to work with you so you find peace within yourself. After my first session, (you’ll need to experience it yourself to fully understand), But when they say a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, this statement cannot be any truer.

Please do this for yourself, I do not normally leave reviews, but I really wish everyone can feel the way I have and begin their own healing journey. Just as Alka said we cannot be our own therapist and client and alka’s guidance is a gift.

When I first contacted Alka, I was suffering from depression and some PTSD from a hard past which have manifested itself in chronic headaches, dizziness and nausea. While working with her we unpacked all of the things I didn't even know I was holding onto and she helped me remember them in order to release it. The subconscious mind is a powerful thing and definitely helped me realized that. After a couple of sessions with her, my nausea disappeared, my headaches and dizziness have also gotten better, as well as some lingering subtle pain from leg had gone away.

I am now slowly feeling motivated to do the things I like, and finding myself sleeping better and feeling well rested in the morning.
