At QSPTR we offer a multidisciplinary, multimodal approach to your physical health needs, helping you get back in the game safely. We also treat people who have been hurt at work (WSIB claims), or in car accidents. We understand that the paperwork can be very confusing, and even intimidating. We will help you with all the paperwork, and help start getting you better as fast as possible. We offer braces for elbows, wrists, knees, ankles and lower back supports, and we offer custom braces for knees (for any ligament instabilities or advanced degenerative changes). We are located in Kingspoint Plaza, on 2nd floor above Shoppers Drug Mart

The doors will reopen once again as Focus Physiotherapy on October 10, 2023.

QSPTR will be transitioning its operations over to Focus Physiotherapy.
Focus Physio has been a cornerstone in our community for over 2 decades. They will be moving their operations into this clinic location as of October 10th.

What does this mean?
QSPTR will be closing as of September 29th. And remained closed until October 10th when it will reopen under a new name and new management.

What does this mean for you?
If you are a patient of Sabrina’s, we are sad to let you know that she will no longer be continuing her practice upon reopening. Sabrina will discuss transfer of care to the incoming physios on your next visit with her.
If you are seeing Corey or Dana they will be continuing to see patients under the new clinic operations.

It’s important to strengthen not only your quadricep muscles but also others that insert on to your knee joint as well as those that indirectly support your motion at the knee.

Try these 3 exercises to help with your knee pain:

1. Calf raises
2. Marches
3. Hamstring curls

Adjust the reps and sets based on your pain levels. And try the modifications if you unable to bear weight on your legs.
