Yogini Garima Namaste to all beautiful Yogic souls. Born in the family of Yogic & Vedic tradition, I consider myself blessed enough to have inspiring teachers in my life.

I am Garima a passionate Yogini, nature lover, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Chair Yoga Teacher, Clinically certified Aromatherapist & Yoga & Ayurveda Wellness consultant. For me Yoga is a process of perfect understanding, concentration & determination. My strong desire to integrate with Yoga made me quit my corporate carrier of almost 14 years to share the wisdom of Yoga with the entire humanity. I took a nudge and embraced my passion & accomplished my RYT 500 & got my Chair Yoga certification from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Toronto. I further extended my practice by combining Ayurvedic healing aspects with Yoga, giving a whole new dimension to authentic Ayurvedic Yoga as a proud and dedicated student of Dr. David Frawley.
