Savour the Flavours of !

Try these grilled veggie skewers, a tasty and blood sugar-friendly option for your next BBQ.

Ingredients:
• Zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss vegetables in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
4. Thread vegetables onto skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Sweet Treats Without the Sugar Spike!

Looking for a delicious, diabetes-friendly breakfast or snack? Try this Berry Chia Pudding:

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 ¾ cups mixed berries

Mix almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Refrigerate overnight. Top with Greek yogurt and berries before serving.
