Bramalea Retirement Residence is ready to serve the seniors of Brampton. Situated beside the Bramalea City Centre Mall, it is close to shopping, dining, public transit services, clinics, and more. The building, which used to be the Holiday Inn hotel, has been renovated, updated and adjusted to the needs of today's active senior. Our team is an amazing group of caring and professional people, all ready to offer a helping hand and a friendly smile. We offer nutritious meals cooked by our own chef, a busy schedule of activities, housekeeping and maintenance. The residents had a wonderful time today getting creative with a beautiful spring craft, using embroidery hoops and jute. It was a fun and engaging activity that brought out their creativity and added a touch of spring to the day.

We are incredibly grateful to the Alzheimer Society of Peel for delivering such an informative, engaging, and impactful presentation to our residents on Community Health and Safety!
The session was not only educational but truly inspiring—our residents were highly engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The positive energy in the room was wonderful to see!
They are already excited and can’t wait for the next session!

Goodbye Winter, hello Spring!! welcome the brighter days ahead ...
Our residents kicked off the season with Spring Fling party in the afternoon, filled with live music and great company. They also got creative by making their very own DIY body scrub, adding a refreshing touch of self‑care to the day!

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations at our residence actually began earlier this week. The residents enjoyed a fun skit featuring “Travis the Leprechaun,” followed by a creative pot‑of‑gold craft activity on another day.
Today, as the culmination of our celebrations, we offered festive temporary tattoos, green beer, and lively musical entertainment. But the fun didn’t stop there—the Culinary Team also prepared delicious themed treats, including “green accessory” foods and desserts that added an extra festive touch to the day.

Thanks to Eastbourne Drive Public School and their Eagle’s Choir for coming to perform for our residents. The visit brought wonderful energy and smiles throughout the residence.
Intergenerational programs like this are incredibly meaningful, creating connections between our senior population and Generation Alpha, while bringing joy, learning, and understanding to both generations. We truly appreciate the students and staff for sharing their time and talent with us.

Sipping, painting, and celebrating the power of women! Our residents let their creativity flow today in honor of International Women’s Day.

Over the weekend, our residents and volunteer completed a fun project together. We explored new technology to create cartoon versions of ourselves, and the results were fantastic! It was an enjoyable experience—not just because we learned something new, but also because seeing our own faces transformed into cartoon characters brought so many smiles and laughter. It was truly a memorable and joyful time for everyone.

Whatever you do, as long as you are surrounded by good company, it is guaranteed to turn the day into a happy one. Our afternoon tea became extra special today as we tried Kosher tea and enjoyed lovely background music, which even inspired some of the residents to dance.
