I'd love to hear your thoughts on this summary...
I have been choosing a word of the year for the past few years - this year was Show-Up.
Being seen, being consistent and not saying away from showing up....It hasn't always been easy or possible - I mean look at the year we've been given...
So this resonates for me.
After reading it, I asked myself what next year's word should be.
EVOLVE crept in with a whisper.
So this last month of the year, for me, means my focus is on the shedding...letting it all crack open and go, to make room for the growth that is needed ✨️

The world needs more people who tell snails their trails look like silver poetry—
people who notice the quiet things, the small wonders, the delicate work happening just beyond the edge of our attention.

More people who pause to admire the way sunlight turns a patch of moss into a tiny glowing forest.
Who greet the first bird of the morning like an old friend.
Who thank the trees for holding up the sky, even on the days we forget to look up.

We need people who whisper encouragement to seedlings pushing through stubborn soil,
who understand that a fallen leaf is not an ending but a continuation,
who take the time to watch how the wind choreographs the grass into slow dances.

People who know that beauty isn’t always loud—
sometimes it’s the quiet geometry of frost on a window,
or the steady patience of a river shaping stone,
or the way dusk gently gathers the world in its arms.

The world needs more people who stop long enough to see how alive everything is.
More people who choose wonder over speed, tenderness over dismissal,
and who understand that every small creature is building a life as best it can.

Because when we honor the small things, we honor ourselves—
the fragile, shimmering paths we’re all making,
one breath, one day, one gentle line at a time.
