myClinic is beginning to offer on-site appointments again to our patients. Currently we are only offering emergency appointments, vaccinations, well-baby visits, injections and blood pressure checks. Call the clinic to book your appointment. 647-478-8105 **YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME INTO THE OFFICE**

Appointments are limited and our staff will determine if you need to physically come into the clinic. We are encouraging all of our patients to continue to book your video appointments. You can do this at www.myclinicnmg.com

Clinics offering appointments:

Hurontario - Tuesday and Wednesday 12-5
Main St - Tuesday and Thursday 10-5 (No doctor on-site but telemedicine appointments available)

All patients are required to wear a mask inside of our clinic and must pass a phone screening upon booking your appointment and are screened once you come to the clinic.

We are happy that we are beginning to re-open. We ask that you be patient with our staff and our new rules as we begin this process. Remember we are all in this together.

New clinic rules when booking your appointment

1- All patients will have to pass a screening over the phone

2- Masks must be warn in the clinic at all times. We ask that you bring our own mask from home. If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition please inform staff when you are booking your appointment

3-Please come to the clinic alone UNLESS you are accompanying someone that needs assistance or you are a parent of a minor. Only ONE parent per child

4-Appointments are made every 30 minutes and only 1 patient per appointment. This gives our staff the necessary time to clean/sanitize the rooms before the next patient.

5- Please do not be late for your appointment. Appointments are now scheduled and we need to be on time.

6- Please call the clinic once you arrive to your appointment. Our staff will let you know if they are ready to allow you into the clinic. Please do not show up too early as you will have to wait in your car or outside the doors until staff gives the okay to come in.

Our staff are ready to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have.
