Good morning!

I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Cadence and I am a CCC designated Masters level counsellor/therapist.

I specialize in a variety of mental health issues such as; stress and anxiety management, relationship and family issues, domestic violence, self-esteem, substance abuse, and depression.

I utilize a wholistic, client-centered approach in my practice and I believe that sometimes an individual just needs someone to walk beside them on their journey towards healing and overall well-being.

Working together, we will develop an overall treatment plan, set realistic and manageable goals, and implement techniques to manage symptoms of the issue(s) you are facing. Your customized therapy plan will further take into consideration your specialized needs, abilities, strengths, and lifestyle.
