With Christmas being only a few short days away, it has been laid upon my heart to share something with all of you.
As we look around at the crazy hustle and bustle that Christmas is....

Baking, buying gifts, huge family gatherings and meals, friends, Christmas morning......

We tend to get caught up in the glamor and happiness of it all.
In reality, this is not the case for so many individuals and families.
There are many who struggle this time of year, and we tend to overlook this..
Some families will be struggling just to get food for their children, nevermind gifts under the tree.
Some have lost a loved one and this will be their first Christmas without them by their side...
Some have no families to celebrate with and find themselves alone....
The elderly sit in nursing homes hoping for a visit from a loved one....

These are but a few examples of the not so fun side of Christmas.

My challenge to you is to be aware and to be kind to one another this season.

Invite that lonely neighbour to enjoy time with your family.....
Help a family in need....
Show kindness wherever you go as you don't know the sadness behind someone's smile....

Count your own blessings and see how rich you truly are....❤

My heart is overflowing at the thought of my blessings...

Spiritually, the Cold Moon is linked with stillness, clarity, and renewal. It asks us to pause and take stock as one year comes to an end and another waits just ahead.

Where the Harvest Moon was about gathering, and the Beaver Moon about preparation, the Cold Moon is more inward. It reflects winter’s wisdom: that growth doesn’t always happen in motion, sometimes it happens in the quiet.

Just as seeds lie beneath frozen ground, waiting patiently for spring, we too can allow ourselves rest and trust that renewal is already forming beneath the surface.

What This Full Moon Reminds Us
The Cold Moon is about slowing right down. Its light feels softer and almost silvery-blue, a reminder that even in the darkest season, there is still beauty to be found. This moon is an invitation to:

Honour the endings of this year
Reflect on what you want to release
Hold onto the clarity you’ve gained
Carry only what supports you into the new cycle
It feels like a pause button, one last deep breath before the turning of the year.
