Hi everyone, I wanted to share some updates and changes for Larissa Constable RMT 🌱

I will no longer be taking on new male clients at this time. I’ll still be offering deep tissue work, but I’m moving more into therapeutic relaxation and nervous system healing as my focus. ✨️

I’m also beginning a new course this May and I’m really excited for this next chapter. Thank you so much for your support 🤍

Important announcement!!

With alot of thought Lucas & I are moving to Killarney come July, with that being said sadly I am moving my practice from Brandon, to Killarney!
I would of course love to see any of you in Killarney but I know that's a treck!
I appreciate all of my amazing past, present clients in Brandon, & will be missing you all so much!
I will be booking for May & June still in Brandon at FIT & hope we can all transition smoothly. 💖

PTSD & dissociating & Massage Therapy 💚

Research indicates massage therapy may be effective for those clients who experience dissociation as a symptom of PTSD, allowing these clients to experience a more coherent sense of self.
Massage can decrease stress hormones, provide comfort, boost mood, increase circulation, relieve pain, and release tense muscles.
Massage therapy may even help clients with trauma take control of their emotions, receive human touch, and feel safe and respected

Dissociation is when you feel like your not in your body, if stressers of life becomes too much your phyche says nope I'm done, you may feel dizzy, eyes may feel blurry, and feel like your not present in the moment or paying attention.
Massage helps bring you back to your body through touch and relaxation
