Founded in 1977, we are Manitoba’s largest, independent pharmacy. Super Thrifty was founded in 1977 in Brandon, Manitoba by seven partners.

At that time, there were five stores with three located in Brandon, one in Rivers and one in Hamiota. There are now fifteen drugstores operating under the Super Thrifty banner, including one in Saskatchewan and one in British Columbia.

Valley Super Thrifty Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Morris, Manitoba!

✅ Licensed to practice as Pharmacist in Manitoba
✅Authorized to give injections an asset but not required
✅Prescribe for self-limiting conditions and smoking cessation an asset but not required
✅OAT training an asset by not required

✅Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed
✅Strong problem-solving skills including experience formulating and executing action plans
✅Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism

This Clements Pharmacy (our previous company name) was situated in the Clement Block at 907 Rosser Avenue! 🏢

It was Brandon's first all-concrete building, and held the distinction of being the office of Canada's first medical clinic established by Wilfred A. Bigelow. Sadly, this building was demolished back in 1989.

This summer, Charissa will mark 18 years with the Super Thrifty team!

Her favourite part of the job? Customer service. Charissa loves taking a minute to connect with customers, doing her best to give them a reason to keep coming back. It’s those little moments that make a big difference.

Outside of work, she’s busy keeping up with her 2-year-old daughter! Charissa and her husband also enjoy drag racing and camping. Life in the fast lane and under the stars! 🏁🏕️
