๐๏ธโโ๏ธFull Body Resistance Training:
A fast paced 1-hour class using light weights and resistance bands to target the upper body, lower body, and the core, with tracks integrating cardio movements as well. Expect a demonstration of proper form before each upbeat track, and a level of difficulty that challenges muscular endurance.

๐ง Mind-to-Muscle Resistance Training:
A slower, lower impact introduction to resistance training, focused on mind to muscle connection. Body weight and some light resistance bands and weights (2-3lbs) will be integrated, and set to a calm coffee-house style playlist. This 45 minute class is great for anyone new to resistance training or wanting to learn correct form of some exercises that can be used in a gym as well.

๐โโ๏ธCircuit Training:
A high-intensity circuit workout combining endurance training, resistance training, and aerobics. Expect upbeat music targeting strength building and muscular endurance. All fitness levels welcome.
